The Center for Ethnological Research and Applied Anthropology - CEIPA is an association working on affirming the ethnology and anthropology. The Center is a voluntary, non-profit, non-governmental, non-partisan association of citizens, established to achieve, protect and alignr its beliefs for the advancement of the civil society and local communities, to encourage moral values and to strengthen the interethnic relations. The CEIPA Association was established in 2016. It actively involves doctors and masters of ethnological and anthropological sciences and other related humanistic and social disciplines, ethnology and anthropology students, and other contributors dedicated to promoting and protecting cultural values. Moreover, experts are professionally and equally involved in the project activities, employees in the partnering institutions such as mentors and implementers of the project activities are included too. 
Objectives:

  • researching the aspects of culture and society in R. Macedonia and on the Balkans;
  • professional guidance of young ethnologists and anthropologists in research and applied work in ethnology and anthropology;
  • raising public awareness of the importance of the ethnological cultural heritage;
  • cooperation with other organizations and institutions in the field of ethnology and anthropology.
