Caravanserai of Karli-zade

At certain point in time, in addition to the Burmali mosque, there were other accompanying buildings, including the medres and the caravanserai of Karli-zade. Evliya Çelebi wrote that this caravanserai was a place where merchants and guests were hosted for free. The mosque was demolished in 1925, when the Officers' House was being built, whereas the nearby buildings were abandoned prior to the demolition.
